10. John Cena Heel Turn- What bigger way to get buyrates at WM28 then to have the old rapping Cena. Who I guarantee did the best promos of his entire career vs. a Face Rock. Take those RAW promos and times the greatness of them by 100. Rap Cena was Awesome Cenanation Cena sucks.
9. Bring Back Managersand Valets- Great Managers and Valets like Heenan, Miss Elizabeth can do wonders for a Superstar that needs that IT factor look what Vickie did for Ziggler she helped elevate him to the next level. Michael Cole could be great so could Teddy Long, Dusty Rhodes, Kelly Kelly and the Bella twins would make for excellent valets until they develop their wrestling skills further.
8. Steal some guys away from TNA and ROH- We all know WWE is the richest wrestling promotion in the world. Why not use the money and do what made WWF great in the 70's and 80's. Bring back the WGTT, Kurt Angle, Matt Morgan, The Pope. Bring in Samoa Joe, The Briscoes, and others to improve the Tag Team division and cruiserweight division which Ill get into more later.
7. Get real GMs for RAW and Smackdown- Long has down a great job but he could help out more as a manager. And he cant handle the Mark Henrys or Randy Ortons so how about Booker T he has charisma the build to be able to back up his decisions. And for RAW how about Triple H or since Foleys not doing anything Let him be the GM He can make RAW a little more teen and adult friendly again.
6. Shake up the announce teams on RAW and Smackdown- Get Cole off our TV screens every week and pony up the money and try and get Jim Ross back doing play by play or even Joey Styles and let Lawler be heel. If he doesnt want to be there much longer give Road Dogg a shot Oh you didnt know or Mick Foley if hes not GM. As for Smackdown Easy Matthews play by play and how about Heel Regal for color I loved him when he commentated. Or even CM Punk when hes not wrestling that week.
5. Use FCW- They have talent ready for the big stage but WWE keeps them there confuses me. Like Seth Rollins and others and send guys down that need to work on their mic or ring skills like Batista 2.0 Mason Ryan.
4. Get rid of some of the PPVs'- There are way too many PPVs and not enough time to properly build them up. Vince I know more shows means more money. But in the long term less shows mean better storylines and feuds which will make more buyrates for them equaling more money.
3. Bring back the cruiserweight division- Like the X- Division of TNA I love people flying around the ring. I remember Tajiri, Ultimo Dragon, Super Crazy, Psicosis, and others. And WWE has plenty of guys the could use the division back and maybe even have tournament annually for those guys Or maybe have Young vs. Old could you Imagine Ultimo Dragon vs. Evan Bourne I could AWESOME.
2. Better Writers- Even though they write better stories then TNA or ROH thats not really sayin much. I know I get tired of seeing the same rehased storylines that WWE puts out. If I was WWE I would try and get Heyman back as writer he always came up with good ideas for ECW and Smackdown and let him do what he does and keep people out of his business.
1. A New Era- Get rid of the PG era altogether and replace it with the Wrestling Era. Where great wrestlers are the main events and focus of the WWE. Theyve already started doing that with CM Punk, Daniel Bryan but they could do more.
